Martindales have been involved in the project management and architectural design of petrol filling stations for more than 25 years. We have completed projects for supermarkets, oil companies and petroleum retailers. We have a vast experience of design, specification and regulatory knowledge of all aspects of petroleum infrastructure from feasibility to delivery.
CDM Co-ordinators
Martindales are full corporate members of the Association for Project Safety. We have been providing CDM services for more than 10 years on a wide variety of projects. This service can be provided as a separate appointment or in addition to the standard architectural and project management consultancy role.
Environmental Assessors
Martindales are able to provide in-house environmental assessment
services. We are registered assessors for both Ecohomes and Code for
Sustainable Homes audits. We are also able to carry out BREEAM
assessments for other projects. Martindales are working towards ISO 14001 accreditation.
