Student Accommodation
A four-storey undergraduate dwelling block of 138 units completed in 2007. The design was developed to blend in well with adjacent college buildings. The building was constructed using a concrete panel system and bathroom pods fabricated off-site.

Key-worker Accomodation
A development of 64 key-worker dwellings for the college completed in 2006. The four storey building was built using off-site construction methods. A sample flat was fabricated to ensure quality of construction and minimal defects.
Sharnbrook Upper School, Bedfordshire
Community Sports Centre
Martindales have within the last 10 years completed 4 major projects and a range of minor projects at Sharnbrook Upper School, The projects range in value between £10k and £1.5M. The four major projects are: the sixth form centre, new sports centre, media centre & TV studio and music block.

Norwich Schools PFI
The Norwich schools PFI bid included designs for five primary schools and one secondary school. We designed the secondary school in liaison with engineers Max Fordham and Adams Kara Taylor. The core design principles were sustainability, flexibility and inclusivity. The new school will become the focus for the whole community.
Clacton County High School, Essex
Technology, Science and Performing Arts
Martindales have worked with Clacton County High School for over ten years. The principal built projects are: Art and Technology blocks, Performing Arts Centre, Science block.
The John Henry Newman School, Stevenage
New laboratories and classrooms
Martindales have worked at the John Henry Newman School for over seven years initially constructing the new science and humanities blocks. Recently we have developed designs for a sixth form centre.
Hedley Walter High School, Brentwood
Expressive arts centre
Martindales have worked over a five-year period, constructing at the Hedley Walter High School for over ten years constructing the Expressive Arts centre and new classroom blocks.
