Martindales are currently working on the entire PFS portfolio for Sainsbury's, the briefs of which include replacement of existing petroleum infrastructures, new build sites and re-imaging of existing sites.

The £4.3m development consists of two storeys of office space above a retail display area. The multi-functinoal atrium is designed to allow the largest Mercedes trucks to be displayed.

Portfolio of mixed use developments
Martindales have designed proposals for the re-development of 12 former Texaco petrol station sites on behalf of London & Regional Properties. The first of these sites to be developed, in Nottingham will commence on site in 2008.
