Sensitive Refurbishment
This Listed Building was constructed by the United Women’s Homes Association in 1927 as bed-sit accommodation for single women.
Martindales completed a sensitive conversion of the building into forty self-contained flats. The project won the Hampstead Garden Suburb Architectural Award 2008.

Regeneration Plan
This scheme is part of the Oxmoor Regeneration Plan which won a Chartered Institute of Housing Award in 2007. It achieved an Eco-homes ‘Very Good’ rating and was designed to meet the Smartlife agenda.
Liberty Village, RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk

Award Winning Collaboration
A new development of 606 family houses for service personnel at RAF Lanekheath, 30 of which are disabled-adaptable. The master plan is based on the grouping of neighbourhoods in relation to a linear green space running the length of the site. The partering agreement between the client, contractor, consultants and suppliers has won a 'best partnering' award. The design has also won a US Forces design award and suppliers won the Contract Journal ‘Best Long-term Partnering Award 2008’
