Martindales are full corporate members of the Association for Project Safety. We have been providing cdm services for more than 10 years on a wide variety of projects. This service can be provided as a separate appointment or in addition to the standard architectural and project management consultancy role.

Martindales are registered BREEAM (Education and Retail) and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors. We can also offer in-house Domestic Energy Assessments (OCDEA) and are accredited to provide Energy Performance Certificates.

Martindales Quality Administration System has been assessed and approved by QMS Quality Management Systems Ltd. to BS EN ISO 9001: 2001. The approved Quality Administration System applies to the provision of Project Management, Architectural and CDM Co-ordinator services.
